Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. There is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to 10 days).

Sales Tax:
If you live outside the State of Virginia, no sales tax will be added. Virginia residents will be charged 5% Virginia State Sales Tax.

Shipments:
Every effort is made to ship all orders within one (1) working day after receiving the order.
In the event Vacuums Unlimited does not have the item in stock or due to any other reason , we will inform you of when the item will stock.
Our fill rate on orders shipping the next day is 97%.
It may take 7-10 days to ship Parts, Bags, Belts, Filters & Accessories.

Freight Policy for USA:

All orders up to $49.99 will be charged $5.99 for shipping in the continental USA only.

Orders for shipments to HI, AK,Pr, Guam and other destinations would incur extra charges and would be communicated to customers before being shipped.
Most items ship the same or next day after you place your order.

Handling Charge:
We DO NOT charge any processing or handling fees.

Vacuums Unlimited Guarantee:
All products come with a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Warranties:
Most of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. Exceptions to the above are brands like Kirby, Rainbow and Oreck, which we offer with our company warranty only. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to Vacuums Unlimited and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The purchaser must pay the freight back to Vacuums Unlimited

Return Policy:
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will replace the product at no charge.

Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and Other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or if you made a mistake in ordering, we will accept returns.

You have to pay for return shipping costs involved. If the item was shipped free, we will deduct shipping costs + 10% restocking fee.

Due to the high costs of shipping and restocking we can not make any exceptions to this rule.

All returns for either exchange or refund must be accompanied with a copy of the included invoice, with a note stating whether the product is for exchange or refund. We do not require a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to process the refunds. Your Order number is your RMA#. All returns must be made to the following address regardless of where the item shipped from.

You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of A2Z Vacuums receiving your return.
